Cyberpaint

Created during a 24-hour school animation challenge in my Fall ‘24 semester, I worked alongside four animators to create the soundscape. This animation includes both a breakcore/dubstep-inspired track and a jazz track, alongside recorded SFX and my VA. Some of the SFX came from various kitchenware, such as plastic measuring cups and silverware, while others were composed of my beatboxing or banging boots against a metal cabinet.

State of Mind

In my fall ‘24 semester, I created both the dynamic OST and SFX for State of Mind during a 48-hour game jam. The main gameplay feature is switching between an angel and a devil, so the soundscape naturally reflects this. Each song features a backing track, angel track, and devil track, along with pause versions for the level, resulting in an EDM-style OST that changes to accentuate the main gameplay mechanic. Along with nine music tracks, I also created 39 SFX within two days. Scraping metal, tapping two water bottles together, and my beatboxing are some examples of the sounds that compose the SFX.

WAVBIT

During a 48-hour game jam in the spring ‘25 semester, I created five tracks for my team. Of those tracks, three were for minigames and were heavily inspired by previously existing video games and their OST. These songs are in a low-poly style and feature a motif derived from the main theme, which is also used for the title screen.

Dungeons and Dorks

For the 2025 24-Hour Animation Challenge, our group created a comedy skit featuring a DND campaign. I recorded, edited, and mixed all of the voice acting, including my own parts as the lich and dungeon master. I also created the OST and SFX.

Grizzly Business

This is a submission to the Summer 2025 Indie Film Music Contest. I was given an animation to create the OST for, with SFX already included. For this, I created a band arrangement with percussion entirely made of recorded beatboxing for a lighthearted and comedic effect. Different mixing techniques were utilized to convey space and dramatization.

Race Jam Rescore

This is my submission to the Winter 2025 Indie Game Music Contest! I was given a video with included cuts and SFX to create an OST for. I researched 90s music, taking inspiration from Daft Punk, Sonic, and the music scene in New York at the time.
